Production Process

Crafted from high-purity LDPE resin homogenously blended with high-concentration, light-fast red masterbatch, this film undergoes precise temperature-calibrated extrusion (175-195℃) for complete fusion. The material is extruded through a high-precision flat die and cast onto mirror-polished cooling rollers for rapid, uniform solidification. Post-extrusion processes include strict thickness calibration, constant tension control, static neutralization, and precision edge trimming, resulting in tight, defect-free rolls with consistent 160μm gauge.
